Aarvee Denims & Exports, incorporated 1988, is engaged in business of denim manufacturing. The company is among the leading global players in the textile industry.

Earlier was known as Amtex India, the company is promoted by Arora Group and V B Shah Group. Aarvee Denims & Exports is second largest denim manufacturer in India.

The company manufactures denim garments such as jeans, trousers, jackets, shirts, etc. for men, women and kids. It also produces cotton garments and home textiles.

The company markets the products under the brand ADEN and AMTEX. It has also launched brand 'DE EXTASE' that includes products like jeans, cargos, capris, jackets, trousers, shirts, T-shirts, sweaters and accessories like purses, goggles, belts, bags, etc.

Presently Arvee has the capacity to produce 47 million meters of weaves, 18.50 metric tonnes of spinning and 6 lakh pieces of readymade garments per annum.

The company is equipped with modern spinning, dyeing and sizing, weaving, garmenting and finishing machines that leads to manufacture of quality fabric.

Aarvee Denims & Exports is located at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The company has entered into garment and retail segment through its own Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO).

The company commissioned 8 windmills of 1.5 MW in the first quarter of fiscal year 2007-08. This has taken the total number of windmills to 12.

Future Strategy

Aarvee Denims & Exports plans to develop pan-India network of its Exclusive Brand Outlets.
