Brian W. Hayhurst (Managing Director)
Brian is a Managing Director of The Carlyle Group with a primary focus on U.S. growth capital investments in software, network infrastructure and services. Since joining The Carlyle Group in 1997, he has led many of the U.S. venture capital funds software and technology investments. Before joining Carlyle, Brian worked in the Venture Capital Group of Morgan Keegan, Inc., where he was one of two principal investors, and, before that, he served for nine years in the corporate audit and merger & acquisitions services group at Deloitte & Touche.
Tom Cotney (President & CEO)
Thomas (Tom) Cotney serves as Air2Webs President & CEO, responsible for driving all company strategy and execution. Tom brings more than 25 years of experience in both large and small company cultures. Over the past decade, Tom demonstrated his ability to develop talent within organizations across several functional areas including sales, client management, service delivery, finance and human resources. |
Air2Web was founded in 1999 with a mission of delivering innovative mobile communications designed to help companies grow their customer base and extend relationships with existing customers. Air2Web provides a consumer lifecycle support system as a managed service. Our service is delivered to mobile phones, on behalf of large enterprises serving their client base, with their permission. Consumers increasingly demand the mobile channel to interact with businesses because it is the most convenient, always on, private method of communication today.
