Ortel provides Cable TV services under the brand name of "Ortel Home Cable". Ortel analog cable services are provided over HFC network, Ortel provides analog cable services in 33 locations through 29 analog head-ends. Ortel provides Digital Cable Services under the brand name of "Ortel Digital". Customers are provided with a choice of upto 200 digital TV channels and 30 radio channels.

Ortel provides broadband services through HFC network under the brand name of "Ortel Broadband". Subscribers are able to access the broadband services by using a DOCSIS 2.0 cable modem. Ortel fibre backbone and the last mile network enable customers to access high speed services.Ortel also provides dedicated leased line services,fibre infrastructure leasing to Corporate Customers.
